TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change our rates and terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

The client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions for all services provided.

1. PROJECT ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENTS

1.1. We will provide the client with a formal quotation and a project-related briefing.

1.2. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

1.3. The project will only be secured when the non-refundable 50% deposit is received as specified in the quotation. Send proof of payment to angelique@33interactive.co.za

1.4. Full payment is required once the project is complete.

1.5. An hourly rate will be applicable for custom or additional work.

2. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Clients agree to provide content (text, images, other data) that holds appropriate copyright and trademark permissions.

2.2. We do not take responsibility for any claims resulting from the client not having obtained all the required copyright or other permissions.

2.3. We may use any design for promotion or portfolio purposes.

2.4. Copyright for the final design will be retained by 33 Interactive Graphic Design until full payment is received.

2.5. The client agrees to only one final design. All remaining demo designs will remain the property of 33 Interactive Graphic Design. The number of demo designs per project is: five (logos), three (logo redesign/email signatures/business cards), and one (letterhead/brochure/advertisement/special request). The client understands that our hourly rates apply if the demo designs exceed the total as specified above.

3. SUPPLY OF CONTENT

3.1. The client agrees to provide text for their project in the briefing document or via mail. The text should be as close as reasonably possible to the final format, with the accuracy of content, spelling, and grammar checked.

3.2. We offer copywriting services at an additional cost.

3.3. The client agrees to supply photos/images in the highest resolution electronic format possible. We will communicate any problems regarding quality.

4. RIGHTS OF REFUSAL

We will not include immoral, offensive, obscene, or illegal designs, text, images, or other data in our project designs. All advertising material must conform to all standards laid down by all relevant advertising standards authorities. We also reserve the right to refuse to include submitted material without reason.

5. HOSTING WEBSITE

5.1. Monthly Hosting fees are due on or before the last working day of each month.

5.2. Yearly Domain Renewals are due on or before the last working day of the month charged.

5.3. Any hosting account in arrears after our grace period will get suspended until payments are received, thus deactivating the client’s website and domain e-mail accounts.

6. DOMAIN REGISTRATION

6.1. The client understands that we can only register available domains. We will provide options as close as possible to the client’s original choice.

7. SEARCH ENGINE SUBMISSION

7.1. The client agrees that the website of the basic package will only be available in the organic search results.

7.2. We offer SEM campaigns at an additional cost for improved search results.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA BUSINESS PAGE

8.1. We offer ad campaigns at an additional cost.

8.2. The client will have access to manage their page and posts.

8.3. We provide post-management at our hourly rate.

9. CANCELLATION

9.1. Cancellations must be sent to angelique@33interactive.co.za

9.2. The client agrees to pay for all work completed once receiving cancellation as specified above.

9.3. The client will be liable for the total amount of the project if they fail to provide their cancellation as specified above.
